Brad Schultz is the Director of Client Services at Financial Independence Advisors. In this capacity, he serves as the point of contact for operational needs, overseeing cashiering, asset transfers, and new account onboarding. Additionally, Brad is a member of FIA’s Retirement Plan Division, where he facilitates the implementation of 401(k) plans and manages plan-specific client requests.
Brad brings a broad range of technical and leadership experience to the firm. Previously, he managed national sales teams for publishing software at public companies, including Frame Technology and Xerox. Following Frame’s acquisition by Adobe, Brad founded Atwater Systems, a consulting firm focused on implementing leading technology platforms like Salesforce and Goldmine.
A long-time resident of Jacksonville, Florida, Brad is active in his local community. Outside of the office, you can find him sailing the local waterways or volunteering with the prison ministry.
